THIS IS A KEYSTONE AND PATHWAY  2 COLLEGE PROGRAM

The mission of the Top Gun L.E.A.P program is to help at-risk children and adolescents to succeed in school and life. The "hook" of the Top Gun L.E.A.P program is participation in interactive and non-traditional education, mentoring, leadership, character building, and Pathway 2 College Program. Through organized sports and academics  Top Gun uses sport participation as a catalyst to help youth learn more effective life skills and coping techniques. The Top Gun L.E.A.P Program empowers youth to make successful choices in life within the Middle and High School setting, the emphasis for the student athlete is not only on winning but on having successful individual and team experiences while developing character and team building.

ATHLETES MAKING A CHOICE FOR CHANGE (A-MACC)

The Youth Junior Leaders Challenge Program works with youth at the Middle School, High School, Boys & Girls Club, City and County Parks and Recreation, Arm Forces Community Initiatives Program, and Youth Against Violence Program. The core philosophy of the Youth  Challenge Program is to help juvenile offenders focus on their future. Through an interactive classroom environment, the Junior Leaders Youth Challenge Program provides our youth with an opportunity to build social relationships, equipping youth with the right tools for the future, designing a more appropriate attitude, thinking for a change, and building  tomorrow’s leaders by guiding them through today’s challenge. The (YJLCP) Program is designed exclusively for families, schools, churches and communities with a need for prevention, intervention and education.

Pathway 2 College Leadership and Mentoring Program

THIS IS A RISING STARS SHOWCASE PROGRAM

We start with a self-assessment to understand who you are, what makes you excited, interested, and unique. Next, we look at the classes you are taking and the extracurricular activities you are pursuing to develop a high school plan that meshes with your interests. If we identify gaps in your activities or course work, we will brainstorm with you about how to fill those gaps with community service, courses, extracurricular or summer activities that align with your innate strengths and passions. We keep you organized by setting realistic goals and managing you throughout the process. We use proven management techniques to assure that all of the pieces of the application process is in place.
